We specialise in rescue dogs.
Around 100,000 people are reported as missing every year in Germany.
Many of them were lost, had an accident, or experienced health problems when walking through forests. They are often elderly people and many of them are children (approximately 40,000) and most of them have one thing in common: they find themselves in potentially life-threatening situations that they can’t get out of themselves.
When people are buried under debris, utmost haste is also needed. The search that a trained rescue dog can carry out with its nose is far superior to some technical methods or optimally supplements their use.
We will introduce you to the work of the Association and of the squadrons on these pages. Whether your interest is purely of a private nature or whether you would like to inform yourself as a requestor, our contact persons will gladly assist you with any inquiries or further information.
